Migrant Workers

Under the status quo, the government of Japan allows migrant workers to work in only skilled field, not as unskilled labor. Recently, however, it is said that migrant workers are needed in these workplaces too, because of the lack of labor caused by the declining of birth rate. The introduction of migrants is a double-edged sword with both advantages and disadvantages. There are two kinds of benefits; for Japan and for Asia. On the other hand, disadvantages also exist; such as the replacement of jobs and the increase in crime. As a result, we have to consider many things to change this situation.

I will consider one by one later...
